Over the course of the last 2 decades I have used Prospect Recruitment on numerous occasions. As a recruiting manager they are always keen to ensure that they have understood the role requirements both in terms of technical and softer skills. They always provide high quality CV's which match the requirements and would rather send nothing than send someone who does not fit the specifications.
