Prospect Recruitment 2007

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get going? - Send us your CV in the first instance (see below for guidence on compiling a CV) – we will need as much detail on you as possible.

What will it cost me? - Apart from the cost of a few emails or ‘phone calls, the cost to the candidate is nothing. It’s the recruiting client who pays.

Do you specialise in Contract or Permanent roles? - Currently about 80% of our roles are permanent. This can change depending on market conditions and client needs. We can assist you with the details of either field – whether it is interviews, offers, limited or umbrella companies, invoicing, company benefits etc.

What should my CV include? – Name; contact details; personal details (DOB, Nationality etc); current and expected salary details including benefits; Qualifications; career history (in reverse chronological order) – your latest role should have the most detail and should focus on your OWN achievements rather than those of the company or department; and References (if possible one or two professional and one personal).

We have been guiding candidates in this process several times a week for 28 years – so please ask us anything – even if you feel your question is obvious or basic – we are here to help and advise as well as find you a new and exciting position!
