In the three years since the Fifth Business established an office in London, we have grown our team from four staff to neatly forty. This type of dramatic growth presents both opportunities and risks. One of the greatest risks we have faced is assuring a almost continuous stream of new recruits who will deliver the quality of internal communications consulting that our clients expect.
