Each member of Prospect Recruitment is highly valued and we pride ourselves on our average 9 year period of staff tenure – very unusual for a recruitment agency. Some staff have even worked in other agencies and returned. So what is it the attraction of Prospect?

Prospect was formed in 1975, becoming the first ‘specialist’ UK recruitment agency in chosen niche markets. Prospect has historically been known for specialising in specific areas – Operational Research (OR); Business Modelling; Decision Support; Database Marketing & Customer Relationship Management; Project; Programme & Change Management and Business/Management Consultancy; Business Analysis/O&M and Industrial Engineering. These niche areas have always been shaped by industry trends, evolving technology and prevailing market conditions – within which our market knowledge is unrivalled, enabling us to bring a unique perspective to the recruitment process. Over recent years, established clients have asked us to apply our approach to their recruitment needs beyond our specialist, niche areas. On the strength of this, we now offer a bespoke recruitment service across a broad range of related markets.
